The New Originals Company (NOC), established in February 2024 in Vienna, is dedicated to becoming a leading European producer of tofu and plant-based foods. The New Originals Company participates in the MICROBIOMES4SOY project to support dietary research activities. During the summer of 2024, NOC supplied over 2,000 pieces of tofu for a dietary intervention trial. This trial aimed to assess the impact of replacing animal protein in a standard Western diet with plant-based protein sourced from soya-based tofu. The expected results will support NOC’s business activities, helping to promote its nutritious and tasty tofu products to consumers across Europe.
