LVA GmbH is the private centre of excellence for the European and Austrian food and agricultural industry. It acts as expert evaluator and consultant in food analysis and technology and it provides assistance in the interpretation and execution of food law and industry regulations. LVA operates internationally, offering special dedicated services to European food companies.
LVA is one of Europe’s knowledge and expertise leaders in developing innovative analytical methods for contamination and residue analysis and monitoring processes.

The main role and responsibility if LVA within the MICROBIOMES4SOY project lies in the evaluation of potential positive and negative effects regarding nutritional and food safety aspects. This will provide a fundamental basis for showing the benefits of plant based proteins and diets.
